After Christmas Comic Con 2024
Tickets to be handled in general
*Customers who have purchased tickets on the Hollycon website are asked to exchange them at the “WILLCALL (Hollycon ticket exchange area)” table at the venue on the day of the event. Please complete the exchange at least one hour prior to the event.

*After-Christmas Comic Con is free admission. No admission ticket is required.
*If a celebrity is unable to come to Japan due to unforeseen circumstances, the photo ticket, accompanying ticket, and autograph ticket will be refunded.
*Tickets will not be reissued for any reason (lost, burned, stolen, damaged, etc.).
*Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Hollycon Tickets does not provide resale service after purchase.
*All information is subject to change without notice due to the wishes of the celebrities and their management.
About the photo session
*We will provide a photographer for the photo session. Taking still and moving pictures with your own camera device is prohibited in the celebrity area.
*If you wish to have more than two people photographed, please purchase an accompanying ticket. If you wish to have more than 2 people photographed, please purchase an accompanying ticket.
*Please be in line 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the start time of each photo session.
*No baggage (except for valuables) is allowed in the photo booth. Please use the baggage area.
*Wheelchairs and baby carriages are allowed to enter the photo booth, but baby carriages are not allowed to enter the booth.
*Please use the baggage area during photo shoots. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen baggage.
*Please do not ask celebrities to hug or pose for you.
*Celebrities are not allowed to hold children for photo shoots as it may cause unforeseen accidents.
*No gifts will be given during the photo shoot. Please use the gift reception located outside the celebrity area.
*One photo (print) per photo ticket will be given after the photo shoot. If you would like more than one photo (print), please use the data service (charged).
*When taking photos in cosplay, you may be asked to remove the cosplay if it is deemed dangerous or discriminatory in the judgment of the staff. In such cases, please follow the instructions of the staff. If it is difficult to remove the cosplay, we may refuse to allow you to photograph in the relevant cosplay.
Accompanying Ticket / COMPANION Ticket
*Accompaniment tickets are purchased by those who wish to shoot with two or more people. (¥3,300 per person, including tax - for all dates and times). Admission to the celebrity area is not permitted with an accompanying ticket only. Please be sure to line up with the person who has the photo ticket.
*Children of elementary school age or younger who wish to be photographed in groups of three or more will require an accompanying ticket. Tickets for accompanying children can be purchased at the ticket office during the exhibition period.
*One photo (print) per ticket will be provided after the photo shoot. The accompanying ticket does not include the number of additional photos (prints). If you would like more than one photo (print), please use the data service (charged).
About the autograph session
*Please be in line 30 minutes to 1 hour before the time indicated on your ticket for the autograph session.
*One person is allowed per autograph ticket. (Accompanying tickets cannot be used for the autograph session.)
*Children of elementary school age and younger may line up with the person who purchased the ticket.
*We reserve the right to refuse to sign items or portraits brought by customers due to the wishes of the celebrity or his/her management. In such cases, please choose an official portrait that we will prepare at the signing site on the day of the event, and we will sign it. Please note that we cannot ask individual celebrities in advance whether or not they will be able to sign their own items. If you are concerned about this, please bring multiple items just in case. (Only one autograph is allowed per autograph ticket.)
*Pens (gold, silver, blue, and black) will be provided. We will provide pens (gold, silver, blue, or black).
*We do not allow names, lines, dates, etc. to be written on the autograph. (Requests are also prohibited.)
*Please be careful not to put your autograph in a bag before it is dry, as it may be blurred or stick to the bag. Please note that signatures cannot be rewritten.
*Please note that we are unable to give gifts directly to guests. Please use the gift reception desk.
Request to guests attending in cosplay
*Please note that the following items may not be brought to the event. Please be aware that the staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing cosplay that is deemed dangerous.
- Sharp items
- Weapon-like props
- Huge costumes
- Costumes that may cause inconvenience to other visitors.
- Masks that cover the entire face
